Pionetics® Brings Leading Edge Water Technology to the Middle East Through its Partnership with DARCO Ltd. and Waterpoint FZE
Pionetics Corporation announces today that the LINX® Drinking Water Systems will now be available in the Middle East, North Africa and the CIS states. Through a recent partnership with a new LINX Dealer, DARCO Ltd and its associated company, Waterpoint FZE in the U.A.E., LINX products will be distributed in Egypt, Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, the Palestine, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates plus Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, and Libya in North Africa and Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova in the CIS states.

DARCO Ltd. is a British registered company with offices and infrastructure in the U.K., Canada and the U.A.E. It has been involved in sales and distribution of Industrial Raw Materials, Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals and Consumer Products in the Middle East, North Africa and the CIS markets since 1986. With recent formation of Waterpoint FZE in the U.A.E., DARCO’s sister company , DARCO and Waterpoint FZE are now focused and committed for developments of LINX products in the Middle East, North Africa and the CIS markets.
In a part of the world where water has always been scarce, competing claims over water rights have led to bitter disputes, and even the deepest wells are faced with limited longevity concerns, the LINX® Drinking Water System is the answer to household water conservation. “We are excited to be able to bring this product to this part of the World. LINX technology not only provides an affordable solution to treat drinking water, but it will also help protect and preserve water for the entire region,” explains Jessen. Jessen continues, “Traditional reverse osmosis drinking water systems waste up to 27 gallons of water for each gallon consumed in typical household use. This excessive waste of water is simply not sustainable, particularly in a dry, arid region.”
In sharp contrast, over 70% of the water treated by a LINX Drinking Water System is recovered as healthy, great-tasting drinking water. To demonstrate the difference, if a home used just one gallon of water per day, a typical RO system could waste as much as 9,855 gallons of water per year. With the LINX’s drinking water system, that household would only use 255 gallons of water a year. In addition to the environmental benefits, LINX Technology operates using programmable software and display indicator lights that communicate detailed system statuses and its Dial-A-Taste® Control allows the consumer to customize the taste of their drinking water for more or less mineral content.
